Joyce Chupka


Joyce has over 30 years of experience as an Executive level Public Administrator, Government Lobbyist, Strategic Planner, and Spiritual Leader. Joyce has worked for three New York State Governors in the span of her career, is a businesses owner and has been an active participant in charity and NFP organizations.

Ms. Chupka was inducted as a member of The Transformational Leadership Council in 2006. She is also a recipient of the Resourceful Woman of The Year Award (2011) from the YWCA of the Greater Capital Region, for empowering women through her community and professional pursuits.
